Why would I want to play a game with a controller that is less responsible and not nearly as comfortable as the one that comes with my console? I am sick and tired of being tangled up in cords! Unfortunately, there has never been a way for me to play an Xbox Live game without the use of a corded controller. That is until Logitech stepped in with their Logitech Cordless Headset for Xbox. While it is a bit pricey and not perfect, it is only solution to play online without any cords. Read more

Well, finally Mother Nature has decided to let me play Mythic’s “Dark Age of Camelot: Catacombs.” Upon receiving the “Catacombs” expansion, I quickly installed it only to not be able to play because of work. Well, as soon as I sit down for a long day of playing, Mother Nature has to start in and just kill my excitement. We have an ice storm that knocks out power, cable and internet for FIVE days. Talk about torture. Of course, power is the first thing restored. Cable and internet came a day later. So, it was off to the races to play, and let me tell you, I was impressed. Read more

Nintendo has always been known for making great First Party titles. However, Nintendo learned a valuable lesson with the release of the GameCube. For the first time in the history of the company, they released a console without a Mario title. So it was only fitting that Nintendo re-release one of the greatest 3D platformers of all time on the Nintendo DS. Mario 64 is a title that not only showed the world how to make a 3D platformer but is also one of the best Mario titles in recent memories.
