Shadow of Destiny Comes to PSP

Konami announced today that the classic adventure title, Shadow of Destiny, is now available for PSP system in North America. Originally released on the PlayStation 2 computer entertainment system, Shadow of Destiny puts players in the role of Eike, a 22-year old man who is about to embark on the most important quest of his life, solving his own murder. Using a special time travel device, players will guide Eike through multiple time eras ranging between the 1500s, to present day, in an attempt to find clues to unlocking the mystery behind his death. Assassin’s Creed 2

Ubisoft’s second entry into the acclaimed Assassin’s Creed franchise promised to fix a lot of the complaints gamers had with the first game. Did they succeed? After playing through the game in its entirety I can safely they have most definitely succeeded. I was not the biggest fan of the first game; I found it to be rather boring and very repetitive. However Assassin’s Creed 2 offers an enjoyable gaming experience crafted around an interesting story. Read more

Valhalla Knights 2 Re-Released on PSN

XSEED Games announced today that Valhalla Knights 2: Battle Stance is now available as an exclusive digital download on the PlayStation Store. An enhanced version of Valhalla Knights 2 previously released on UMD, Valhalla Knights 2: Battle Stance is available on the PSP (PlayStation Portable) system for the retail price of $29.99.

Square-Enix revealed plans today on their iPhone page to bring the classic Final Fantasy and Final Fantasy II to the iPhone platform. No word yet on price points or a release date beyond TBA. PS3 Motion Controller Delayed

Sony has just announced that they have delayed the launch of the PlayStation 3 Motion Controller from Spring 2010 until Fall 2010. Though the final name for the product is still pending, Sony plans on releasing the new device in North America, Europe, Asia, and Japan later this year. No word on pricing or bundled offerings. However, the PlayStation Eye Camera will continue to be required to make the device function. Read more
