WarCraft III Official Strategy Guide

You find yourself stuck in WarCraft III and cannot find the help you need. Don’t give up or be discouraged any longer–BradyGames has just the thing to assist you in getting passed all obstacles in Blizzard’s latest title. The WarCraft III Reign of Chaos Official Strategy Guide is packed with over 286 pages of the best information on the title and has been essential to my success.
I am a huge fan of BradyGames and their guides. Most of the time, they offer full color guides with high quality screenshots. While the front and back covers are very nice (there are four different collector’s covers), the rest of the 286 page guide is in black and white. While I am sure a full color guide would have raised the $19.99 price, it would have been nice. Despite this minor annoyance, the quality of the guide is great. The screenshots are easy to look at and the text is very easy to read. Also, included in the front part of the book, there is a large poster with information on spells, items, and upgrades. For those of you who want to have a large color visual, this may be very handy for you. Personally, I would have preferred to have a full color poster on one side and detailed information about different abilities and upgrades on the other side.
The majority of the WarCraft III Official Strategy Guide deals with the single player missions. Blizzard has admitted that they built all of the single player missions so players could learn how to better play the multiplayer game. However, this does not mean the single player missions are easy to conquer. During the times you need a little help to get passed a certain chapter, simply flip to the right page in this guide and you will find detailed answers.
Also included in the pages of the WarCraft III Official Strategy Guide are tips for the multiplayer game. This includes help from the pros over at Blizzard. While the strategies may change as future patches are released, this will give you some basic information on how to play the multiplayer game with each race. Plus, if you go through each of the single player campaigns, you will have a better chance in being a better multiplayer gamer in War 3.
Not sure what race you want to play with? BradyGames includes a large section that outlines each race and gives specific information on their tech tree, different structures, all of their units, and the heroes available. This can also be a benefit to you if you need to see what your opponent can use against you in a match. Remember, you can pause the match in the middle of a multiplayer game and flip in the book for some tips.
Overall, this is the Official Strategy Guide for WarCraft III. Blizzard chose BradyGames because they make some of the best guides in the industry. If you feel like you could use a little something extra to get the edge in WarCraft III, look no further than this guide.
