As Microsoft winds down their Summer of Arcade we’re left wondering what new releases are on the horizon between now and the holiday rush. Typically, this is a down time for new releases, with the Xbox Live crew basically cleaning out the closets and releasing the junk titles in order to make space for the big names coming down the pipe. Thankfully however, RocketBowl stands out from the clutter, offering us a fun and refreshing take on traditionally bowling.

Genre: Action
The Behemoth, the development team behind the excellent Alien Hominid, has just released their latest title on Xbox LIVE Arcade. Castle Crashers is every bit as good as Alien Hominid and even surpasses it in many respects. The game retains the same cartoon-style graphics and keeps the oddball sense of humor, but takes the gameplay in a different direction, and best of all, allows for four player co-op over Xbox LIVE.

ESRB Details: Violence
Star Wars is a franchise that has been loved by both young and old. This title will probably be especially popular with younger audiences. The rating is meant to show that the player is controlling a “dark side” character and uses force powers to inflict harm on others. Besides this, the game is relatively safe and should be considered fun for younger players as long as they can understand the difference between fantasy and reality. Tags:

Ghostbusters is Rated T for Comic Mischief, Fantasy Violence, and Mild Language. As long as you don’t have any issues with players participating in a world of ghosts in a fantasy world, this title should be appropriate for just about any player. Tags:

There are a lot of big games coming out for the Xbox 360 in the next few months. So many in fact, that we may accidentally overlook a few gems here and there. I’m here to make sure that doesn’t happen with Spark Unlimited’s upcoming first person shooter Legendary. This game is looking fantastic and certainly deserves more time in the spotlight than it has been getting from the media. In today’s crowded first person shooter market, it is becoming increasingly difficult to put out an FPS game that truly stands out. However, the developers at Spark have found a way to do just that; in Legendary you will find yourself battling not against aliens or science projects gone awry, but against mythical beasts such as minotaurs, griffins and werewolves just to name a few. Yes, I said werewolves. I know, totally awesome, right? Right!

Lara Croft has witnessed somewhat of a renaissance over the last few years as the development team at Crystal Dynamics has delivered two solid entries into the once tired franchise. Tomb Raider: Legend was one of the first games that I really got into on the Xbox 360. The gameplay was fresh, the controls were responsive and the game was just an overall great package. Now the team is preparing to unleash the next title in the series, Tomb Raider: Underworld. This new Tomb Raider is looking fantastic. The developers have upped the scale of the environments, performed an overhaul on the game engine and have reportedly given Lara an arsenal of more than 1700 actions. Their focus was to bring her to life like never before and to give players a new level of control over one of gaming’s most recognizable faces.

Tomb Raider Underworld is an action adventure game in which players assume the role of Lara Croft in her quest to rescue her missing mother. Players navigate through mythical islands and historical ruins while fighting human, animal and supernatural enemies. Lara uses various machine guns, grenades, and her own fists to attack adversaries encountered along the way. Faint puffs of red blood are emitted from humans and animals when they are shot. Female characters have somewhat exaggerated physical features and their outfits display moderate amounts of cleavage. Mild profanity (e.g., 'damn,' 'hell,' and bloody hell') can be heard during cutscenes. Tags:
