Diablo 3 Patches for Endgame Content

Played through Diablo 3 until level 60 and searching for more ways to enjoy the game? Diablo 3 has been updated to 1.0.4 to try and address endgame content by giving players 100 new levels, known as Paragon Levels, to earn once you reach level 60.

The patch is now live for players all over the world and Blizzard says that this will take players roughly the same amount of time to max out a Diablo 2 character. Further explaining this is Jay Wilson of Blizzard:

“The basic issue I think we have with difficulty is that  we’ve got some players want a super difficult game and some players who don’t view Diablo like that. They think Diablo is much more of a farming game and… about the player feeling awesome. And the problem is they’re both right. We’ve touched difficulty, and we’ve really pushed it more towards it’s going to be a bit easier because we’ve gotten way more feedback that the game’s too hard than we’ve gotten that it’s fine. That being said, moving forward that’s one of the things we’re going to be looking at next: How can we address it for both players?”

Looks like Blizzard will continue to update Diablo 3. Can we get an expansion announced? Perhaps more content and an increase in the normal Level Cap would satisfy all players?
